Privacy notice
How quote-request information is used.
This simple notice covers information submitted through BCM website forms and calculators.
Information collected
When you submit a quote request, BCM may receive your name, phone number, optional email address, preferred contact method, service area, preferred date, job notes, optional job photos, the full form and landing-page URLs, UTM campaign parameters, and calculator inputs or estimate breakdown.
How it is used
The information is used to review your request, contact you, clarify the job, prepare an estimate, and coordinate service. BCM does not use this form to create public reviews or marketing claims.
Form delivery
Website quote requests and any attached photos are designed to be delivered to BCM through Telegram. The Telegram Bot API processes them for delivery to BCM's configured chat. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, or unrelated sensitive information.
Retention and correction
BCM should retain request details only as long as reasonably needed for customer communication, service records, and applicable business obligations. Contact BCM to ask about correction or deletion of a submitted request.
Website storage
The calculators save your in-progress inputs in your browser's local storage so you can adjust them later. The site keeps the current visit's landing URL and UTM parameters in session storage so campaign attribution is not lost during internal navigation. This device-local information is not sent to BCM until you submit a quote request.
Analytics and advertising measurement
If you accept analytics and marketing tracking, BCM uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and successful quote requests. Google Analytics may receive page and campaign information plus browser, device, and approximate location data. BCM does not send form names, phone numbers, email addresses, or job notes to Google Analytics.
BCM also uses Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure page visits and successful quote requests. Meta may receive the page URL, referring URL, campaign identifiers, Meta browser identifiers, IP address, browser user agent, and normalized, SHA-256-hashed contact identifiers such as email address, telephone number, and name. Browser and server events use the same event identifier so Meta can deduplicate them.
You can decline tracking without preventing a quote request. Use the Cookie settings link in the footer to review or change your choice. Declining prevents new Google Analytics and Meta events from being initiated by this website and removes BCM's readable analytics and marketing cookies where possible.
